The First Detector Training Workshop is a one day training at the Albuquerque Garden Center with lunch provided. This Workshop will be presented by Natalie Goldberg, Ph.D.
This workshop includes presentations on the mission of the National Plant
Diagnostic Network, the art and science of diagnosing plant disorders with emphasis on sample submission and sample quality, high risk and exotic plant diseases, high risk and exotic arthropods and high risk and invasive plants.
The Field Pest Identification Workshop is a half day, in-field, hands-on troubleshooting workshop. This event will be held in the gardens at the Hubble House.For this event please dress appropriately with a hat and bring sunscreen. Light refreshments and water will be provided.
- Day 1—June 7, 2016 Certified First Detector Training 8:30 AM to 3 PM Albuquerque Garden Center Lunch provided .
- The charge of $20 is for the First Detector Training Workshop – this will cover refreshments and lunch.
- Day 2—June 8, 2016 Field Pest ID Workshop 9:00—11:30 AM Hubble House
