There is more to making wine than just growing grapes. Wine making is a science of blending how the grapes are grown and how they are fermented into wine.
Dr. Gill Giese, NMSU Extension viticulture specialist, will be explaining, demonstrating, and practicing applied grape and wine analysis that is available to small wineries and how to interpret and apply the results to make better wine.
