Guidelines for Submitting Information for Website Calendar and Publications

Please include the following information so we can generate a news release, calendar entry or other media outlets, that will help get out the word about SCMG activities.  We have so much wonderful stuff going on, we need to communicate more!  Please be sure to include contact phone numbers and/or email addresses if appropriate

Send complete information as soon as possible. We are not limited to how far in advance we can post to the calendar. Copy and paste and send to – scmgcalendar@gmail.com

Always include the following:
1. Event title:
2. Date:
3. Start/end times:
4. Complete address:
5. Brief summary of event: Please give us a little information about why this will be interesting, fun or educational.
6. We like to include quotes from the organizers or presenters, so please add one of them for us, too!
7. If registration is required, supply pertinent information (deadline to register, link or contact for registration and cost):
8. Contact information for questions:
9. Who may attend event (open to public, master gardeners only):
