Companion Planting in the Garden

Join Dr. Stephanie Walker, NMSU Extension Vegetable Specialist, on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 5:30 – 6:30 pm as she discusses companion planting in the garden.

The location is the Tamaya Wellness Center at 225 Ranchitos Rd. in Santa Ana Pueblo. 

Dr. Walker will address:

  • What is companion planting and how does it work?
  • Which plants benefit each other and which plants hurt each other?
  • Which plants repel insect pests and which plants minimize disease?
  • How can you use companion to boost garden productivity?
