BIO:
Julie is a lifelong resident of northern New Mexico and is the Water Use and Conservation Bureau Chief with the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer’s (NMOSE) Water Use and Conservation Bureau (WUCB). Julie was a principal author of the 2005, 2010 and 2015 New Mexico Water Use by Categories Reports, which quantify all water use in the state.
