Learn about Houseplants as part of the Gardening with the Masters – online series, presented by Michelle Witte, Sandoval County Master Gardener.

Michelle will be talking about what to know before and after purchasing a plant and caring for them. BRING YOUR HOUSEPLANTS TO THE MEETING AND SHOW THEM OFF or ask some questions. We encourage people to submit houseplant questions before the talk as well (send questions to: gwmoline@sandovalmastergardeners.org).

BIO:
Michelle has approximately 20 years of experience in indoor and outdoor gardening. She is a collector of indoor plants in Rio Rancho. Her collection includes over 40 tradescantia, 50 philodendron and pothos and an uncountable number of succulents and cactus. She volunteers maintaining 50 plants at the Sandoval County Administration Building and has a Facebook group called “Gardening in Rio Rancho” where she helps community members grow their indoor and outdoor plants. Graduating from the Master Gardener Course in 2020 only fueled her plans for collecting more varieties and sharing more information.
