Gluten-Free Baking and Education
Join us online on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 9:00 am-10:30 am to get educated on gluten-free baking.
Navigating the gluten-free diet can be daunting and serious because eating gluten for those who have a medical diagnosis can be life-threatening. This workshop is focused on providing background and understanding of Celiac Disease as well as what to look for when shopping, what foods contain gluten, and baking tips and tricks. This program will also meet the needs of individuals who are gluten-intolerant, have a gluten allergy or cook and take care of someone who must be gluten-free. Participants will receive a variety of gluten-free recipes, including holiday recipes and menus.
