Join Annie Montes, of Ciudad Soil and Water Conservation District, for a hands-on workshop where we’ll turn simple materials—cardboard, paper, and a little creativity—into a functional plant press! Learn how to carefully press and preserve plant specimens while discovering what information to include to make your collection both beautiful and scientifically useful. Whether you’re a budding botanist, a nature lover, or just looking for a fun craft, this workshop will leave you with the skills to capture a little piece of nature forever! Supplies provided.
