ABOUT: Basic composting science, class to be held at the Open Space Visitor Center, will be presented with a special focus on practices for a high desert climate. WHEN: Saturday Oct 4 10:00am-12:00pm WHERE: | Open Space Visitor Center, 6500 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120, USA INSTRUCTOR: Master Composter Rye Bailey The Bokashi method is a two-step approach to composting. The first step is anaerobic, involving the fermentation of food waste. The fermented food waste is then incorporated into the soil during the second stage.
