What: This year the Town of Bernalillo, the Bernalillo Museum and the Sandoval County Extension are teaming up to present a local food and horticultural event along with the annual Town of Bernalillo Arbor Day Plant Sale. The Bernalillo Museum will be celebrating the opening of the 'Plants of the Bosque' exhibit and will be showcasing their Bernalillo Public Garden, a SEMG volunteer project, which just opened to the public in 2023.
Where: The Bernalillo Community Garden and Museum grounds and parking lot

Who: SEMG volunteers have been requested to represent our organization, set up and man a Plant Help Desk in close proximity to the Sandoval County Extension Agents' Table. The Agents are planning on showcasing a 'Food to Table' demonstration at the Bernalillo Museum grounds along with the Annual Town of Bernalillo Arbor Day Plant Sale. The SEMGs will answer plant questions and provide information to the public about alternative gardening methods based on historic gardening structures suited to our arid high desert climates.
**SEMG volunteers are needed (signups are in the Members section)**

For volunteers: Set-up will be between 9:00 - 9:30 am.
- The Master Gardeners will bring their Outreach table items, brochures, gardening reference books, native plant lists, and publications/ flyers on alternative and sustainable gardening methods suited to our high climate.
- The Bernalillo Museum will have tents, tables and chairs available to set up, but you are welcome to bring your own comfortable folding chair.
SEMGs are encouraged to attend!
