47 Annual Sandoval County Fair: “The Best Fair Ever”

Do you have cabin fever? How does a trip to Cuba sound? Cuba, New Mexico that is. The Sandoval County Fair is August 3-6. However, SEMG will have a booth Friday, August 4 and Saturday, August 5. This will be a great way to try to expand our presence throughout the county and to get your outreach hours. Please sign up on the volunteer sign-up page if you are interested in helping man the booth.

If you have vegetables or flowers you want to submit to the indoor exhibit judging, these need to be taken up on Monday, July 31. However, the Extension office can take these to Cuba for you, so you don’t have to make the drive. If you exhibit vegetables, you need to submit three of a kind. Please contact Rachel Zweig (rzweig@nmsu.edu) if you are interested. Keep on gardening!
