ARD is celebrated annually on November 15. WHEN: November 15th 10am - 1pm WHERE: Loma Colorado Library - 755 Loma Colorado Blvd NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124 This year's theme focuses on reducing food waste and promoting sustainable practices.
